God Answers Prayers!

Havnt blogged in a bit but so much has happened!!! First good news is that Jake was able to land a good job in Vernal Utah! He's doing the same thing, driving trucks for the oil company but its so much closer to home! (6 hours) and he's guaranteed 70-80 hours a week, same good pay and he's just working for better people! Truly a blessing (: So with him getting transfered we got to see him way sooner then planned! Me and the kids drove up to Vernal to get him and got to spend 4 days with him before he had to go back to work!

The kids couldnt leave him alone....it had been a long 5 weeks and we were so happy so see him!

The 4 days went pretty quick though and he had to back to work. Were definately not looking at 5 weeks again but probably two weeks before we get to see him again. We've even thrown the idea around to move up to Vernal so that we can see him everyday. We'll see!

Last morning with dad, we went to the park and ate breakfast.

One of those feel good days

 It was a good day (: This morning we went to the kids wellness fair with my mom, sister and brother. It was kinda hot outside but Zoe got to get her face painted! She had all these choices between a flower face or butterfly face (the ones that I was trying to tell her to pick) but she ended up picking the kitty face haha but it was so cute!! They gave out free popsicles, and she got to take a picture with Princess Belle. She loooooooved that, she sat there and told princess belle all about the other princess's. We tried the bounce house but as soon as she got in I think she got overwhelmed and came running out. So we skipped that. Then we got some ice cream from the SubZero booth. We also entered to win a trip to Sea world so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. (Even though luck does not exist in my life) and then we spent the rest of the time letting them play in the water and on the splash pad. It was the first time I let roran actually just go and play in the water and he was perma-smile the whole time. He kept sticking his face in the water and then saying "uh oh" and doing again. Hilarious. Heres some pictures!!

Also I got new glasses today (: I actually like how they look on me.

Zoe started swim lessons this week! She loves it, and she good at it. She told me shes going to the olympics haha! big dreamer! (: We got her a new swim suit that she loves. and I definately think shes gonna pass level 1 with no problems. As for roran, the first day I just tried to hold him and that did not go very well. He wanted to get in the water with Zoe so bad, it was a horrible 30 minutes lol so the rest of the week I left him in the day care at the rec center and he seemed to do ok with it. Kind of hard for me at first but he has those ladies in there wrapped around his fingers ;)

Earlier this week we went to my parents for dinner and I let them do water balloons. For one dollar they had a blast for an hour! They loved it, and it was hilarious cause roran kept biting them and laughing whenever they would drop and pop. We did have a little incident half way through when roran decided to find the one anthill in the yard and play in it :( poor guy had bites all over him. I had to spray him down with the hose, but he didnt seem to mind as soon as we gave him more water balloons lol

Jake sent us a picture of himself in uniform with his work hat on....i thought he looked so handsome ;) so I'm gonna share! and 23 days till he gets home!!!!! countdown has begun!

Had to add this picture of roran....he LOVES my parents dog maddy. He just sits and pets her and lays on her whenever she'll let him <3 p="p">

Also its been raining alot so karson came over the other night to play with the kids and we all went outside after the rain, it was nice and cool. The neighbor kids came out too and it was nice....roran decided to pick out rocks to give me. such a sweet little guy and Zoe learned to ride a scooter....and they got to see another rainbow. Lovin the weather!

Rorans new thing. Throwing perfectly good toys in the trash can haha.....no big deal.
